Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and guidelines.

• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking drink orders, and ensuring a positive experience.

• Maintained knowledge of drink menus, specials, and promotions, offering customer recommendations as needed.

• Manage the bar inventory, including ordering supplies and equipment and ensuring proper storage and organization.

• Monitor and maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bar area, including glasses, utensils, and bartending tools.

• Handle cash and payment transactions accurately, providing change and receipts to customers.

• Adhere to and enforce all local, state, and federal regulations related to alcohol service and responsible consumption.

• Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure seamless service and communication during busy periods.

• Address customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally, escalating issues to management when necessary.

• Participate in ongoing training and development to stay updated on bartending techniques, industry trends, and menu changes.
