Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook menu items according to the restaurant's recipes and quality standards.
Ensure that all food is prepared in a timely manner and meets presentation standards.
Monitor food stock levels and inventory, notifying the chef as necessary to maintain a well-stocked kitchen.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including adherence to health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to create daily specials and seasonal menu items.
Assist with training and mentoring new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and kitchen procedures.
Conduct routine checks of food temperatures and quality to ensure food safety and freshness.
Handle kitchen equipment safely and responsibly, performing maintenance tasks when necessary.
Participate in kitchen meetings to discuss menu changes, customer feedback, and service improvements.
Respond effectively to any kitchen emergencies or issues that arise during service periods.

Proven experience as a cook or in a similar role in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Culinary skills with a passion for food and creativity in the kitchen.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and maintain high standards.
Knowledge of kitchen equipment and food safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and guidelines.
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking drink orders, and ensuring a positive experience.
Maintain knowledge of drink menus, specials, and promotions, offering recommendations to customers as needed.
Manage the bar inventory, including ordering supplies and equipment, and ensuring proper storage and organization.
Monitor and maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bar area, including glasses, utensils, and bartending tools.
Handle cash and payment transactions accurately, providing change and receipts to customers.
Adhere to and enforce all local, state, and federal regulations related to alcohol service and responsible consumption.
Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure seamless service and communication during busy periods.
Address customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally, escalating issues to management when necessary.
Participate in ongoing training and development to stay updated on bartending techniques, industry trends, and menu changes.
