Line Cook

Pay: $17.00–$20.00 per hour

Lost Key Tap is looking for a line cook to join our small chef-driven kitchen team.

We are an elevated-casual restaurant focused on scratch cooking, steaks, seafood, risotto, seasonal features, wine dinners, and specialty events. We care about consistency, teamwork, and putting out food we’re proud to serve.

Part-time position averaging approximately 25—30 hours per week.

Restaurant Hours:

Dinner Service
Wednesday–Saturday
4:30 PM–9:00 PM

Lunch Service
Friday–Saturday
11:30 AM–3:30 PM

Kitchen closes at 8:30 PM.

Duties Include:
• Line cooking during lunch and dinner service
• Prep work and station setup
• Working flat top grill and fryer stations
• Cooking steaks, seafood, pasta, risotto, and seasonal features as needed
• Maintaining ticket organization and communication during service
• Assisting with inventory and stocking
• Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen
• Dish and cleaning support as needed
• Working with a small team focused on quality and consistency

• A cook who stays clean, organized, and calm during service
• Team-first mentality — no ego, drama, or excuses
• Weekend availability required
• Previous line experience preferred, but work ethic matters more than résumés
